How to Track Your Order
1. Check Your Email
After your order ships, you will receive an email containing:

Your tracking number

A tracking link

Your order details
If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
2. Enter Your Tracking Number
Use the tracking number from your email to follow your package’s journey.
If your tracking number isn’t working yet, please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update their system.
Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days, contact us at:

Include:

We’ll resend your tracking information.
International Orders
International tracking may be limited depending on the destination country. Once your package reaches your country, it may be handed off to your local postal service.
Package Says Delivered but You Didn’t Receive It
If your order shows as Delivered but you can’t find it:

Check with neighbors or household members

Look around your mailbox, porch, or side doors

Contact your local post office for GPS delivery details
If you purchased Shipping Protection, contact us within 7 days and we will help file a claim.
Without Shipping Protection, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
