How long does processing take?

Processing time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).


What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are processed. If your order has already shipped, we cannot make changes.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we proudly ship worldwide.


How long does shipping take?

United States:

  • Standard: 5–7 business days

  • Expedited: 2–3 business days (if available)

International:

  • Standard: 7–21 business days

  • Expedited: 5–10 business days (if available)

Shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.


How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking may be limited for some international destinations.


My package says delivered but I didn’t receive it.

If you purchased Shipping Protection, contact us within 7 days and we will help file a claim.

If Shipping Protection was not purchased, please check:

  • With neighbors

  • Your mailbox

  • Your local post office

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages without Shipping Protection.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

A 5% restocking fee applies to non‑defective returns.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — exchanges are available for size or color changes, depending on stock. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What does Shipping Protection cover?

For $3.99 per order, it covers:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Damaged packages

Claims must be filed within 7 days.


Is Shipping Protection refundable?

No — Shipping Protection is non‑refundable.
