REFUND POLICY

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Beyond Blessed Accessories. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
Original tags must be attached
Items must be in original packaging

Non‑Returnable Items

Final sale items
Personalized or custom products
Items marked as non‑returnable

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping fees are non‑refundable.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee applies to all returned items that are not damaged, defective, or incorrect. This fee is deducted from your refund amount.

How to Start a Return

Contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping Protection ($3.99 Optional Add‑On)

Shipping Protection fees are non‑refundable.

If Shipping Protection was purchased, claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date.

Orders without Shipping Protection follow standard carrier policies, and Beyond Blessed Accessories is not responsible for lost or stolen packages without protection.
